Anushka Sharma, the 5'9 ft tall girl gifted with a pretty face, is the girl who got a golden chance two make debut here in a Yashraj Film. Anushka was born to an army family based in Bangalore. Here father is a high ranked army officer and her mother is a housewife.

Right from the beginning, Anushka wanted to make it big in the glamor world. She studied in the Army School and then went ahead to do graduation in arts from Mount Caramel College, Bangalore.

With moral support from her parents, a confident Anushka got herself enrolled in Elite Modelling Agency. She was groomed by renowned style consultant Prasad Bidapa, who met here when she was just the 13th Bidapa admits that Anushka always had the quality to be a star.
